How dwXport Works
dwXport is a web application — there's nothing to install. You sign up, connect your DocuWare instance, and follow a 6-step wizard:
Step 1: Connect DocuWare
Enter your DocuWare instance URL and credentials to establish a secure connection.
Step 2: Select Documents
Choose a file cabinet or archive, search dialog, and optionally filter by date range.
Step 3: Configure Export
Set filename patterns, folder structures, and export options to match your needs.
Step 4: Start Export Preview
Review the export preview to ensure everything is configured correctly.
Step 5: Pay
Complete the payment to unlock your export.
Step 6: Export to Cloud
Documents are securely transferred to your cloud storage with real-time progress tracking.
