Automate your export workflow with scheduled exports. Set up recurring exports that run on your defined schedule, so you always have the latest documents without manual intervention. This feature will introduce a monthly subscription model — pricing will be announced.

Stay informed about your exports with real-time notifications. Get alerted about failed or finished exports via your preferred channel — Email, Slack, or Discord — so you can react quickly and never miss an issue.

Expand your export destinations beyond the current options. We're adding support for Azure Blob Storage and SFTP/FTP, giving you more flexibility in where your exported documents are delivered.

Fine-tune your exports with additional configuration options. Choose to download documents with or without annotations, or download both versions as dedicated files — giving you full control over your export output.

Automatically update any index field in DocuWare after a successful export — for example, setting a status field to "Exported". This helps you avoid duplicate exports and keeps track of which documents have already been exported.
