2. Service Description

The Service enables the export of documents from DocuWare systems to external storage solutions such as Amazon S3. The user is responsible for providing valid credentials and complying with all applicable laws.

3. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Only export data for which they have the appropriate rights
  • Keep access credentials confidential
  • Not use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Not perform automated mass requests that could impair the Service

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". codebar Solution AG makes no warranty for the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Service. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.

5. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users.

7. Governing Law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zunzgen, Switzerland.
